I Can’t thank Pete enough!
Taking on the challenge to commit myself to the system21 transformation after lockdown 1 with a little added weight was one of my worries but with his help I achieved it.

Pete has single-handedly given me the platform to change my health.
Doing a sedentary job and picking up a serious injury a year ago I decided to give this a second go having not stuck to it in 2018.
2.5st, and 12% body fat lost later, it’s time to sculpt what System 21 gave me and improve.
I’m definitely fitter and my football performances have improved across the board. I’m not exactly changing games, but I get left behind a lot less and keep up longer.
Actually finishing 11-a-side games for the 1st time in years and playing several times a week again

System 21 transformation program, What does it mean?? Well, I’ll tell you. In my case, I was 20 Stone, 42-inch waist and only getting bigger. I have 2 kids and I was not a role model for them to look up at. So I approached Pete and I explained my situation. I signed up for the 10 weeks, 3 times a week routine that changed from strength, Volume and shred as we felt this was the right approach for myself. So after ten weeks, I signed up for another 10 and again and again, did this until the start of COVID this March as I was enjoying the gym, fun and banter. At that point, I had lost 5.5 stone. Dropping 8 inches off my waist and gaining a decent muscular figure.
I can’t honestly thank Pete enough for his time and effort training me to be the man I am now. Also, his knowledge when dieting is also top-notch.
Can’t wait for life to go back to normal so I can hit the gym again.

Would recommend System21 100%, never thought I would be satisfied with the boring weight lifting programmes until I gave this programme a try. Started to build a decent amount of muscle for a complete weight lifting beginner and made massive improvements in every aspect of my training. Massive improvement in running times, the way I feel before, during and after running. This programme can be used alongside your current training regime or as a stand-alone programme to suit your needs. This for me is now a way of life and not just a fad training programme for fast results. Thanks, Pete for showing me the way after years of sensible eating and way too much cardio with no results. This programme is a game-changer if you are willing to put the work in👊🏼💪🏼

* A great starting program not only for beginners but also people who have been gym a while and are in need of something different.
* if you have the time then this is a good program to build not only yourself but also your knowledge.
* Being apart of the Sys21 forum is a good tool that you can use to speak with others about the weeks they’re on and what’s to be expected from you in the coming weeks.
* The book itself. What I mean by that is having a visual track record of your progress so if you’re feeling disheartened any time you can go back and physically see where you were at certain weeks compared to where you are now.
Having complete 18-19 weeks of the 21-week program it helped me tremendously and have steered me towards a new path without it I would no doubt still be lost wasting my efforts 👌👍

I highly recommend this tailored programme, I was in a rut after retiring from football, this gave me guidance on how to reshape my fitness and my body. Never being a gym person before this I was apprehensive but the guidance I received put me at ease to get in the gym. After 3 weeks I could start seeing changes to my body which spurred me on, even more, Petes interaction throughout was superb and any questions were answered swiftly.
If you’re thinking about taking this programme up, stop thinking and do it you won’t regret it!

I cannot thank Pete and this amazing programme enough!!! It was so easy to follow, kept me focused and monitoring my progress throughout was instrumental.
It has helped me keep on track to gain strength and most importantly lose weight after I find out I had Diabetes to which I am now no longer at risk with the help of medication and training hard from this programme.
I am a big believer in “you get out what you put in” and without a shadow of a doubt, Pete’s encouragement and enthusiasm have changed my mindset and body shape for the better!!! I am now stronger, lighter and fitter than I’ve ever been not forgetting wearing 30’ inch trousers for the first time since I was a teenager!!!

I have always struggled with diet and fitness but since joining the s21 group and working with Pete I have a lot more understanding of what I need to do and have been given the focus on achieving my weight loss.
Pete works in a way that helps the individual rather than a generic pattern for all and this is what has helped, to have goals/targets to achieve in ways that work for me and benefit me along with a great understanding of a diet that works for me has helped hit goals after goals.
he also has a vast knowledge to help with any injuries and how to adapt your training to support the recovery.
I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is struggling with weight loss, for people who want to get fit or stronger or people who need help with injury rehabilitation. Pete has the knowledge and skillset to be able to work with any client and cater to their individual needs.

Since being with Pete PT Bruce and the System 21 transformation programme, it’s only contributed to giving me more confidence and drive me to reach goals I never thought I could. My preference to train is definitely strength, but the way this program is Tailored to my needs, Volume and Shred sessions contribute to the final goal!
